Kelly began her career in recruiting and human resources over 20 years ago. Along with her dedication and commitment to serve, she quickly understands the needs of her hiring managers and candidates. With a consultative approach, she attracts top talent for all the communities at MRC.
Kelly continues to be inspired by the relationships she builds and lives she affects every day. She believes people shine when they are in the right role. It’s her ultimate goal to find the perfect fit for candidates so they in turn deliver superior care to our elders.
Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and is a self-described lifelong learner. Fun fact about Kelly is that she is a Foodie and enjoys trying new restaurants with her Supper Club. When not working, she loves to travel with her husband and two sons.
Danielle joined MRC as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in June of 2022. She brings seven years of diverse experience in human resources specializing in recruitment, engagement, and retention. Danielle graduated from Sam Houston State University – Eat em up Kats!
Danielle has a heart for serving others and is most passionate about recruiting candidates that provide outstanding care to our residents. She is recognized for her calm demeanor, professionalism, and her ability to consistently attend corporate meetings when there are culinary delights in sight. In her free time she enjoys spending quality time with her daughter – exploring the outdoors, traveling, playing games, and participating in occasional bake off challenges inspired by countless episodes of chef competitions. Danielle is also dedicated to her to Christian faith, leading a women’s small group at her church, where she is on mission to make disciples of Christ.
Christa Hedgpeth has been serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for MRC since January of 2023. She is responsible for recruiting top talent for our community locations, as well as ensuring the candidates are aligned with our mission, …to honor and serve older adults as an expression of Christ’s love. She began her career at Talen Energy Corporation as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator and held various roles in her endeavor; She graduated Sam Houston State University in 2019 with a B.B.A. in Human Resources – Eat em up Kats! Her favorite pass time is spending time and making memories with her loved ones. A fun fact about Christa – she has an undeniably love for pizza!
