Each year, LeadingAge Texas, a non-profit education and resourcing organization for non-profit senior living providers in Texas, hosts a program called Leadership Collective. Participants are hand selected by a committee looking for the best and brightest in the industry. The program teaches core leadership competencies while also exposing the group to innovative ideas by traveling to visit with a multitude of providers across the state.
“I really enjoyed the experience,” shared Ally Williams, Social Worker at The Crossings, and recent graduate from the program. Joining Williams this year was Karla Kendrick, LifeStyle Director from PineCrest, and Marquita Briscoe, LifeStyle Coordinator from The Crossings.
