Mr. Brown has over 27 years of experience in the non-profit sector and has a demonstrated career of innovation in senior services.  He led the teams at Methodist Senior Services to successfully open and operate the world’s first Green House home in 2003 adding an additional 18 Green House homes throughout his tenure with the 20th Green House scheduled to open in 2020.  Mr. Brown also worked with his teams to successfully relocate residents during hurricane Katrina and care for them while restoring the campus within 3 months.  During his extensive career, he has worked closely with the board of directors as well as multi-discipline leadership teams to bring vision and growth to the organization.  Prior to his 18-year career with Methodist Senior Services, he held various positions of leadership with Arizona Baptist Retirement Centers in Phoenix and was a licensed Administrator for Baptist Memorials Center in San Angelo.  Additionally, he collected his Administrator in Training at C.C.
