Can you tell me about the health care options at your retirement community?
Residents of Creekside have access to catered living, assisted living, memory care, rehabilitation and skilled nursing.
Our 24-hour on-site staff attentively provides for the needs and
comfort of all under their care. The staff includes physicians,
registered nurses, licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants,
plus physical, occupational and speech therapists. Skilled nursing also
provides effective rehabilitation services for those recovering from
illness, injury or surgery.
Do you have independent living apartments?
Creekside does not offer independent living in
the tradition sense of a continuing care community. However, we do offer catered living in our
apartments which is similar to independent living plus a dining

Creekside catered living offers an independent, maintenance-free lifestyle where you can come and go as you please. You have the convenience of three prepared meals per day included in your monthly service fee, access to all community services amenities, 24/7 emergency response, plus priority access to licensed health care on campus.
Do I own my apartment home?
No, Creekside owns and maintains the property
which means you don't have to worry about property taxes or insurance.
Your agreement provides for your occupancy of a residence and access to
licensed care provided on campus.
What will I pay to enter the retirement community?
Creekside requires no community fees for you
to move in. To reserve your selected residence, you will need to place a
$500 refundable deposit, which will be applied to your first monthly
service fee once you move in. Our monthly service fees are competitive
within the East Texas area. Your cost is based on your residence and
care level. Monthly fees cover provided services and amenities.
